Space Frame Systems

In architecture and structural engineering, a space frame or space structure is a rigid, lightweight, truss-like structure constructed from interlocking struts in a geometric pattern. Space frames can be used to span large areas with few interior supports. Like the truss, a space frame is strong because of the inherent rigidity of the triangle; flexing loads are transmitted as tension and compression loads.

Point Fixing and Tension Cable Systems

This type of system is a combination tension cable and steel structure which are incorporated with spider system or any similar glazing systems. The system will act as the substructure for the glazing installation. As these substructures are solid and load bearing, any forms of architectural challenges can be met with proper feasibility studies, engineering and calculation. With cable truss glass systems the transparency of the facade is improved significantly, realizing the architects' intent through the art of structural design and engineering.

Glulam

Glulam is a stress-rated engineered wood beam composed of wood lamination, or "lams", that are bonded together with durable, moisture-resistant adhesives. The grain of the lamination runs parallel with the length of the member. Glulam is versatile, ranging from simple, straight beams to complex, curved members.
